June 16th features a free beginning introduction to water bath canning at 10:30am at the Managers tent. It’s a great method for canning pickles, jams and jellies and fruit. This is a joint project with the Grayson County Fair committee. Participants will learn basic canning techniques and how to prepare a winning entry for the Fair. The Grayson County Fair is always the 2nd weekend in August.
