The Free Market holds it’s annual Free Christmas Shop at the Gate Center on Davis Street from 11am to 3pm. The Shop is open to children ages 5-14 from 11-1pm. “Elves” will be available to help kids chose 3 gifts. Everyone is welcome to make their 3 gift selections after 1pm. The Free Market and the IFM are both projects of Grayson LandCare.
Cooper Adams will be holding the annual Making Grayson Glow “Jeff Miller Holiday Market” from 4-7pm and the Town Parade begins at 6pm. The parade travels from Independence Elementary School to the 1908 Courthouse. It will be followed by the tree lighting with Christmas carols and kids can visit Santa. To be part of the parade, line up before 5:30 at the Independence Elementary School. To be a vendor, at the Holiday Market, call 276-237-1225.
AND Independence Gallery will be holding and Open House from 5-7pm with appetizers. Bob Lazo will be donating the proceeds of the sale of his wonderful paintings to the Carroll, Galax, Grayson Animal Shelter
