It’s the first Friday of September and time once again for Cooking Day. This Friday features a dehydration demonstration from regional food safety agent, Sandy Stoneman. We’ll be making fruit leather.  Learn how to make a healthy version of this favorite snack- just in time for packing school lunches!  Free samples will be available and donations are welcome.  Donations help fund the cooking demonstrations at the Farmers Market.
