It’s almost Berry Day. Fortunately, the warm weather recently helped ripen the berries and wineberry sorbet will be available! Berry Day will be held Friday July 23 during the regular Market and will feature our annual Sorbet Fundraiser. We will be selling sorbet for $1 a scoop or $5 for a frozen pint. Please bring a cooler if you plan to buy pints. If we don’t sell out, they will be available On-line. Thanks again this year to River Ridge Organics and River Ridge Farm for donating the blue and blackberries for the sorbet. Thanks also to assistant sorbet maker Sandy Venzie, Rick and Jen Cavey for donating black raspberries and to servers Justine and Tatiana McLaughlin and Laura Baldwin.
Friday is also the HWY 21 road market and it’s the only Market of the season where our vendors can sell things they didn’t make themselves.
